Who: Chris Litster was the newly-appointed CEO of Buildium a 200-employee property management platform with over 16,000 customers in over 50 countries.  

Priorities:  When we began working with Buildium, they faced stiff competition from industry incumbents and upstarts, and were struggling to differentiate and attract attention from customers, prospective employees and the media. On the heels of a leadership transition and with a new CEO in place, Buildium needed support with building trust and confidence among internal and external stakeholders and highlighting how Chris’ unique vision and leadership approach would take the company forward.
